In this movie, Pierce Brosnan makes his fourth appearance as James Bond super spy in this spying thriller. It’s the 20th movie in the official Bond series. Bond is captured, tortured and imprisoned by secret government agents. He has a bad time until he gets freedom. When he finally achieves freedom, not everyone is sure if 007 can do the job.
Zao, the North Korean operative who snared Bond, is discovered to be in cahoots with unscrupulous entrepreneur Gustav Graves. Bond is back on the case, and he finds the two men have sinister plans. They could decide the fate of the world. As Bond jumps from England to Cuba to Korea to Iceland in pursuit of his quarry, he (as usual) makes the acquaintance of two beautiful and mysterious women, Jinx (Halle Berry aka The Girl From The Sexy Bikini) and Miranda Frost (Rosamund Pike). Judi Dench and John Cleese return in Die Another Day as, respectively, Bond’s superior M and gadget-master Q. Finally, Madonna contributed the film’s theme song and makes an appearance as a fencing instructor.
But, the real reason everyone watch this movie its because of the bikini scene. Obviously.
